Stem 1-3 dm tall;
basal leaf when present tri-foliate, leaflets once or twice shallowly lobed and
serrate; involucre leaves trifoliate, some leaflets deeply cut but all
crenate-serrate up to 8 cm long; sepals blue, usually, 10-20 mm long; mostly
east of the mountains but some found in the boggy area of Grays Harbor Co.
