Work a minimum of the equivalent of ten 40-hour weeks
Do not take more than one course in the summer; course
must not conflict with research requirements
Participate in program administration and evaluation as
requested (for example, use email regularly for receiving
program information; respond to scheduling requests; fill
out and return questionnaires; attend debriefing meeting)
Attend weekly lunch meetings
Give an informal talk at a weekly lunch
Write a research summary at the end of the summer (abstract,
HTML poster, or other format specified by mentor)
Prepare a research poster at the end of the summer, and
present it at the NSCI UR program poster session
Present the poster at the Fall Murdock Conference
(give an oral presentation at the Conference,
if invited)
Attend the Murdock Conference (a day or two of class may
be missed)
